This Privacy Policy explains how Granite HQ, LLC (“Granite HQ,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit RV Checklist, request a PDF, join the bundle waitlist, or contact us. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

PDF unlocks and bundle waitlist

Some PDF downloads and the bundle waitlist ask for an email address and may ask for your name, RV type, and campaign information. We use this information to deliver or unlock the requested resource, manage the waitlist, send related updates, and understand which resources interest visitors. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field.

Website analytics

When configured, RV Checklist uses PostHog to understand visits and interactions such as page views, downloads, and form activity. Analytics data may include pages visited, referring pages or campaign parameters, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, IP address, and interaction events. PostHog may use cookies or similar browser storage for analytics and visitor recognition. You can limit these technologies through your browser settings.

Website delivery and logs

Our hosting and network providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and security or error logs.

Correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use and retain correspondence as reasonably needed to respond, keep support context, improve checklist quality, and meet legal obligations.

How we use information

• Provide requested PDFs and manage the bundle waitlist.
• Send updates that relate to a submitted form and honor unsubscribe requests.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and checklist library.
• Measure site and campaign performance.

Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Current providers evidenced by the site implementation include Cloudflare for website hosting and request handling, Brevo for storing submitted contacts and sending communications, and PostHog for analytics when configured. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse or security issues, to protect legal rights, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing requested communications, maintaining support history, securing the service, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention can differ by data type and provider. You may ask us to delete information as described below, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in an email. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restrictions on certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

RV Checklist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

The website may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
