Terms
Terms of Service
The terms that apply when using RV Checklist websites, downloads, and services.
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RV Checklist website and its printable checklist PDFs, blog guides, email-unlocked resources, and bundle waitlist (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Granite HQ, LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Informational checklists and user responsibility
RV Checklist materials are general educational and organizational aids, not professional, mechanical, legal, emergency, or safety advice. RVs, components, loads, locations, and procedures differ. You are responsible for inspecting your equipment, using qualified professionals where appropriate, and verifying every procedure and specification against current manufacturer manuals, labels, laws, campground rules, weather, and actual conditions. A checklist cannot identify every hazard or replace sound judgment.
Downloads and permitted use
Unless a separate license says otherwise, Granite HQ owns or licenses the website, PDFs, text, design, and other materials. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print RV Checklist PDFs for personal and other private, noncommercial use.
You may make copies for members of your household or travel party to use privately. You may not resell, publicly post, republish, distribute as your own, remove ownership notices from, or create a competing collection from our materials without written permission.
Email-unlocked resources and bundle waitlist
Some resources require a valid email submission before the download is shown. The bundle page is an expression-of-interest waitlist only: joining does not create a purchase or require payment. Any future one-time bundle sale will present the then-current contents, price, license, guarantee or refund terms, and other purchase conditions before payment.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, bypass download controls, submit malicious code, scrape or reproduce substantial portions of the library, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, or use the Services unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or others.
Feedback
If you submit a correction, suggestion, or other feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation to improve the Services. Do not send confidential information in feedback.
Third-party services and links
The Services may depend on or link to third-party sites and providers. We do not control third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
Availability and changes
We may add, revise, suspend, or remove website content or downloads at any time. We do not promise that every resource will always be available, uninterrupted, current, complete, or error-free. We may correct errors without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Granite HQ, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, property, use, or goodwill arising from or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to free Services will not exceed US $100. Applicable law may not allow some limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Granite HQ harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Granite HQ, LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later use. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
